In the spirit of forgive and forget, I would like to give 99.9% of the users of the forum a fresh start. The new list will contain users from the most recent payouts who were banned for various reasons, mainly spamming/burstposting.
That's very generous of you, the decision is good for forgiving spamming/burstposting since a member can learn from his mistake and he can also improve if he wish to be accepted in your campaign again. This is a new opportunity for those who are in the old list, so hopefully they will try their best this time to follow the rules all the time and to contribute in the forum as well.
