SEER is going to hold a meeting in Hainan Province, China, around September 18th, 2019.
Hainan is famous for its tourism, and in the future, it will become one of the blockchain centers in China.
We would like to invite some overseas users who are familiar and interested in sports predictions to come to China and join the meeting.
