In the spirit of forgive and forget, I would like to give 99.9% of the users of the forum a fresh start. The new list will contain users from the most recent payouts who were banned for various reasons, mainly spamming/burstposting.
I will be keeping separate lists in this thread as well. I don't want to have the same problem as I do now and forget why I even added someone to the lists. I also will only review accounts that are on the spamming/burstposting list. All other lists are permanent. They will get no review nor have a chance to be removed.
I have been allowing neg trusted accounts into campaigns depending on the reason they have been tagged.

This decision of your may bring new culture in this forum. Its been a feeling here that once you are in the "Bad List" of any DT Member, you will always have to remain there. It seems like a Jail with no bail
But this will be a healthy step for those who want to improve themselves.
With the New DT system we have, it's quite possible to see lots of users tagged by new DT users from the past who may not have revised their ratings yet.
Don't you think it is the responsibly of the New DT Members also to check & revise their ratings from time to time and not just tag and forget ?
