I don't really think this is a good investment to leverage your land and houses to buy bitcoin with the hope of it reaching $20k. In the crypto ecosystem, you should invest the amount you can afford to lose just in case anything happens. Looking at the bitcoin market, it is not a good idea to invest such huge amount in it. It is very very volatile.
