this is really a miracle for NEM,live for 5+ years with some changes after copying Nxt.
have to say crypto currency industry is amazing,with few users can remain a much high cap.
The plan was originally to fork NXT and add better features which improve upon the shortcomings of NXT, and to provide fairer distribution. In the end it was decided to start from scratch as mentioned above.
