Is there any special reason why we are going to list pair with ETH? I hope Im wrong but in TOKOK stats we can see that pairs with ETH creates only 0,8 percent from total volume.
Anyway looking forward to see if some change will going on.
Paul the head of integrations spoke to the team, and they evaluated that BBP would have a higher volume in the ETHer market.
I discussed this with them for a couple days and pulled for BTC initially also, but in the end, he said coins that trade below 10 satoshi can not be listed in the BTC market initially, and we must trade on ETH. They offered to *potentially* add the BTC pair after we pass 10 sats and we have to have good volume and ask for this addl move later.
He consoled me that he believes volume will be bigger in ETH, because it complements our base (we are seeking new exposure: Asia plus the ETH market), etc.
That volume you pasted does not appear to be correct:
Ether traded 56mil while BTC traded 61 mil today, and looking at a pair I traded on Tokok that is about the size of BBP (GIN):
They did $8.9K today in BTC and $5.01K today in Ether, so I believe its more like Half of the market for Altcoins (IE when analyzing volume for coins priced < $1.00 USD per share etc).
So from that perspective it does not look entirely dangerous.
