There is a list of companies on that building, but there is no such company like spectrocoin or bankera. Maybe next week i will visit that place once more to take a photo proof. By the way i remember i'm asked to visit you office and been ignored. Thank you for the excellent post.
So these Bankera/Spectrocoin scammers have been lying about having a UK office when they have no staff, no office and nothing except a mailing address there AND they have been lying about having their office in Lithuania.
I think these Bankera/Spectrocoin scammers have been working out of their bedroom or kitchen and passing it off as a business.
