No, not always. Just during business hours from 9:00 till 18:00 (UTC +3), Monday to Friday inclusive. But in case you have support inquires, you are free to contact us in any time by opening support ticket. We strive to answer support emails within 24 hours. Sometimes, when customer support is overloaded with requests, the response time might increase to 48-72 hours.
