Undecided

Due to an increased risk of fraudulent transactions, deposits from your region can only be accepted once you have submitted an ID Confirmation Photo (IDCP).

The IDCP is a photo of you, the account holder, holding the ID you submitted for your Intermediate verification and a handwritten note. The handwritten note must state: “Only for trading digital currency on www.kraken.com" and include your signature and the current date.

For more information about the IDCP requirements, please see: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/204061056

The image can be uploaded to your Kraken account on the Settings > Documents page, or you may submit it as an attachment to a reply to this email in .JPEG or .PNG format.

If you choose not to upload an IDCP, the funds will be returned to your bank account. We will not be able to process future transactions until you have completed this verification step.

Please advise us on how you would like to proceed. We look forward to your reply.
