I don't think this will have much effect on the price of ethereum, halal certification in Islam in certain countries is only recognized & legalized by Islamic Council , because there are many opinions about cryptocurrency according to shariah experts and the council opinion is final.source :

Well this is not the first "halal" cryptocurrency. I don't think this could really affect the prices.
Just check what happened to Stellar - XLM since it was declared halal in July of 2018.
