VIE is a decentralized and open-source cryptocurrency that offers privacy and selective transparency of transactions
Vie Anonime (VIE) payments are published on a public blockchain, but the sender, recipient, and amount of a transaction remain private.


SwiftX
SwiftX is a service that allows for near-instant transactions.
Through this system, inputs can be locked to only specific transactions and verified by consensus of the Masternode network.
Conflicting transactions and blocks are rejected.
If a consensus cannot be reached, validation of the transaction occurs through standard block confirmation.
SwiftX solves the double-spending problem without the need for longer confirmation times of other cryptocurriencies such as Bitcoin.


SeeSaw Plus Reward Mechanism
The SeeSaw mechanism assures a healthy balance of stakers and Masternodes on the network by incentivising one or the other more based on the current network need.
If there are not enough stakers a higher percentage of the block reward will be given to them than Masternodes and vice versa until the appropriate balance is once again achieved.


Masternode Network
Masternodes are responsible for facilitating the Obfuscation and SwiftX features.
They are full nodes that run 24/7 and require collateral of 10,000 VIE to be locked.
In exchange for providing this service, and locking up the coins, effectively reducing supply,
the Masternode owner is rewarded a portion of the block rewards.
The percent of the block rewards earned is variable, and based on the SeeSaw reward mechanism.
