Must the ID requirements on Bitcoin Builder match the Gox account? Or can a friend register and then I move my 90 Gox coins to that site?
The owner of that site has no way of telling if they match, so yeah, it's OK if they don't.
Can't speak to whether it's legal to do that, though. Just a disclaimer.
