it is the 'nature' of EPIC that it switches from one to thew next algo. TT switches the GPU into standby to save energy if an other algo than ProgPoW is in use. So that looks OK.

Interestingly, thaт nature is not expressed on the "epic-miner-opencl-2.3.0-1" :




Yes I know. But I thought it is not required to continue to work if all results the miner would find gets rejected because a different algo is active.
Anyway you can choose what you like better - that is a good thing.
