I notice I can only run the program. It doesn't really install? So I can't really uninstall it either? I look in the add remove programs and no Quark program is listed? It runs but never connects to the node? I guess it uninstalls on shut down? Huh

What OS are you using? What does your quarkcoin.conf look like?

Windows quarkcoin.conf location:

Go to Start -> Run (or press WinKey+R) and run this: %APPDATA%\Quarkcoin

If you don't know where it is you probably don't have one. You will find instructions for its creation listed in this thread previously.
