Its up to you on what you believe but the majority will believe on the government declaring KAPA is a scam investment.
I also heard that KAPA is already operational but how come there is no announcement in the television, maybe you change your name and change the system as well because if you still use the same KAPA that was stopped by the government, we would have read a news coming from the government that they allow this investment scheme to resume.
Since you are also a member, can you share some legalities like papers that will prove bout the resumption of the business?

Meron namang mga office branches ang kapa na operational na ngayon Sir, ngayon ang kung gusto nio malaman ang mga legalities na hinahanap mo po, you are free to ask or go there. Dahil ang logic lang naman sir, bakit siya naging operational ulit, bakit hindi nagreact ang any of the government agencies like SEC regarding about this things, kung ito po ay illegal operation hindi na hahayaan na makapgopen po ito, imposible naman na hindi ito alam ng SEC eh naksubaybay sila sa kapa, so dun palang magiisip kana talaga.
