lol there’s no such thing as experts in predicting because we all proved that this is not that reliable

But with the Halving happening in the second quarter of 2020 I expect more than enough for the prices to grow not only bitcoin but altcoins as well
Anyway let’s just focus in trusting bitcoin and let the market dictate what will happen sooner
