У меня очень сильные подозрения, что плагиат тут ни при чём. Тут по каким-то другим причинам забан происходит. Подозреваю, что Теймос так решил проредить ряды владельцев нескольких аккаунтов и выборка по IP производится. Обоснование "плагиат" просто от фонаря взяли.
Во время майской волны банов администратор говорил именно про бота, который находил плагиат.
