I am wondering if there is an auction website like ebay, or anything similar that accepts bitcoins.
I don't think Ebay or any auction site wants to put bitcoin in there, because people can buy it on exchanges or buy it through Paypal 
Bitcoins are also now sold on exchanges, so it has no reason to list them on Ebay
