If you are talking about faucet https://bittorrent.pw/ then I can say with confidence that this is scam and I can prove it with screenshots of correspondence with the administration of faucet 
I own bittorrent.pw, because it says it is a scam I can prove that I send payments and bittorrent wallets are not active;)
