Hi bey85, there is nothing to be worried about. It failed because we were unable to submit it in the given time (few days), as we are already committed to meetings during the time. However, it's not a major concern, as it's going to be done very soon.

I would like to second this and ask Lifevitaltd, is there any specific reason as to why James Heywood and Chris Jackson failed ICOBench KYC procedure? You were quick to respond providing additional pictures for both of them...what happened?

They ask for it almost suddenly, and there are only few days to fill it up. We were already committed with other things, and we didn't realized the time finished up.
There is already a license we have given that could easily help you convince that there is nothing fishy about the project at all. But that's no problem, as we were already on sorting this out before you had to bring it up. So this issue much like previously is going to get done soon as we already contacted them regarding opening it up so we could complete the KYC. Thank you
