You should take into consideration that this is not a russian or chinese firm or something, they have One Million Swiss Francs backing and you can see that publicly in the "Handelsregister"  I posted above (from the Government) .there's an english site for it too http://www.shabex.ch/en/co/per/kg/bitmine_ag_CH-501.3.017.896-7.htm (not from the government).
