i'm wondering how do you work 8-10 hours a day, have a social and train sports, becasue every day after work i just dont find energy to go doing sports and i'm concerned that lack of sports will influence badly on my life. Thank you for all your answers.
Of course, sport is very important in your life, for a start I would recommend:
1. Go to bed no later than 11 PM.Wake up 6-7 hours of the morning.
2. Do morning exercises lasting 10-15 minutes
3. Stop drinking coffee in the morning
4. Also, if your work is mostly sedentary, then you should set an alarm for every hour:
a) drink a glass of water
b) do a small charge for 2-3 minutes
Over time, you can already jog and go to the gym
