Who did hack my account Tomki here? i'm owner account Tomki. I see that site bitcointalk.org don't have safe, what happened here?

Edit: don't telegram him, it's scam. I didn't expected it.. he hacked my account o.0 okay i do more safe on my account now.

Edit: here is mess on site bitcoin, i don't see options for change password and set F2A or other safe for my account.
