I am pleased to inform you that i got my coins in my web wallet and my issue is resolved. Thank you team.
I've just pressed the "send funds" (10 minutes ago) from web wallet to my wallet, tokens went 0 instantly on the website but I can't find any track of the transaction.
Is it normal? How long it takes to see something about my transaction? I can't see anything on the explorer too.

Has your desktop wallet fully synced ?
By the way i will be transferring my coins in web wallet later tonight and will let you know if it is successful or not.
