Thanks for applying everyone. It was extremely difficult deciding on the final 3-4 people which is why it took so long. If you weren't accepted, it doesn't mean that you're posts were bad. There were just so many good applicants and I had to narrow it down.
Congratulations on accepted applicants. Finally, I know I failed. 
The campaign is very competitive, I know before applying, but I can not deny my feelings with the result.

I don't think there are too much difference with your two options. The competitive level is the same. Over time, I guess there are less chances to see open slots because when time goes, higher and higher quality participants in the campaign, that in turn decrease the odds of removed ones.
