Sending PMs that way might cause reports if someone don't like you, and you might be temporary banned (as I know of). I am not sure there are ones will report if receive your PMs to join ChipMixer campaign, but it is life and there are always some odds for that.

Things change for each round, from each applicant' issues and from other applicants in the same round, but it is a proud and motivation to know being in your final list.
