While we're on this topic: For those interested in joining the campaign, would you rather have more frequent openings of single slots, or slightly less frequent openings but with multiple spots open?
I will prefer open with multiple spot for future,
it will save your time and reduce pressure for selection process. I would agree. I think you'll get roughly the same amount of applicants whether your have one slot or several and it's probably a lot harder to pick one than a handful so save yourself sometime and hassle and just do them in batches.
That was 100% my answer in mind while reading the question.
I totally back the idea to open 2-4 slots every now and then for the aforementioned reasons.
