Not sure I quite understand you, are you saying that scammers are coming from russia?
Even if whatever he means here the truth will never change that scammers came from all over the world though therere some countries to be majority yet we cannot track them down so the answer will never be consistent.there are scammers from Europe,Asia,Africa,America and even Antarctica but who can log them in to be specific?the answer is no one because scammers cannot be traced with them being knowledgeable in their fields
They come from all over but for some reason they end up in Washington D.C.
