Yes, The transaction between web wallet and wallet never happened, but tokens when to 0 anyway on web wallet even if tokens seems to be on my wallet on the blockchain.
It seems to be stuck till an approval, I send a mail to them but till now I've got only an automatic response.
10 days for losing tokens...
I did a transfer to my desktop wallet and having the same situation as of yours.
and there should be no approval thing i guess or is there any ?The wallet immediately shows Zero Balance but there is no sign of transaction on the chain.
