Update : I just found out that when you cashing in using 7-11, it's not instant, it takes 1-2 business days. How sad  
It turned out that it was still not effective enough, it took days for the process.
But at least the adoption of bitcoin in the real world is giving a good signal for the long term. I am sure if the upgrade is done by improving facilities and services so that it is more effective.
