https://explorer.mb8coin.io/Yes, The transaction between web wallet and wallet never happened, but tokens when to 0 anyway on web wallet even if tokens seems to be on my wallet on the blockchain.
It seems to be stuck till an approval, I send a mail to them but till now I've got only an automatic response.

, panic not. Just send a message from your MB8 dashboard. Scroll to "Contact Us" and fill the necessary box and compose your mail. It works faster than sending to "support" I bet you will have the issue resolved within 48hrs.
