Most likely that Jr. Member op_ncn1 is currently evading the ban, as he uses the name @NealeRandom in his social media accounts which coincides with the nick of the nuked Bitcointalk profile NealeRandom, which was in the LoyceV's blacklist.

LoyceV created his "Nuke list" on 13 February 2018 and also mentioned the account NealeRandom in it.
Then, on 15 February 2018, Global moderator mprep said that he nuked "a few users" from the LoyceV's list.
After that, 16 February 2018, op_ncn1 has been registered. Therefore, I believe that profiles NealeRandom and op_ncn1 could belong to the same person.
