Is there any way to keep my address so that my coins come to me?
Not sure if I fully understand your question but I'll have a go.
If you are solo mining, with your wallet open and the correct .bat and .conf files as mentioned in the OP your ANT will go directly to your address.
If you are mining in a pool you will have to input your address and request payment, either automatically or manually.
