1. Indeed. However, having created this new mobile account I don't recall being made aware of any of the forum rules or even being asked to read them !
That's just a common practice, if you create an account somewhere, be it an online discussion forum, an email account, fb, whatever, and you start messaging a lot of strangers out of the blue trying to sell them something, even an idea, it won't take long before you find yourself rate limited or banned.
Clearly not trying to sell anyone anything.
I was imparting free information and knowledge which I though might be of relevance and interest to a select few individuals (by way of Private Message).
Other points accepted for the main part.
Ignorantia juris non excusat ("ignorance of the law excuses not") or
ignorantia legis neminem excusat ("ignorance of law excuses no one") etc.,
I trust that their is no other
vilification (assumed or otherwise) in respect of my account(s) ?
