You're not alone. It is an organized long term scam.
Now I see on his Telegram channel, they promise refund for Minex cards. of course, they still don't know when it will be.

People really should seriously start considering the possibility of starting a legal class action, not only for this project, but for many others! Anyway , never liked them since they started. Sorry for all those users who lost money.

I have not lost money. I have not completely crazy to invest my money in this.
But I think, that the perspective of prosecution is unpromising.
