Facebook actually created the cryptocurrency, I heard that news on tv and identified it in the newspaper. It is good news for me because it will have a good impact on cryptocurrencies in general or bitcoin in particular in my opinion. Also, I really hope Facebook does well on this campaign so that people can use cryptocurrencies extensively, have a better view of cryptocurrencies that it is legal, not a scam... 
Facebook coins will influence old investor confidence and attract new investors. Facebook is the biggest social media platform at the moment and I think if Facebook issued its own crypto, this would be free advertising for the cryptocurrency market
