sorry but your thread title seem to be misleading to me  . the title says change btc to eth , so i was expecting that you are going to convert your btc to eth but that i was wrong because after i have checked the thread i see that your mainly talking about eth and you wanted to buy an eth just because its value are low  .  the position or rank of eth isnt actually low but its price have decrease somehow  so yeah you can buy it but you shouldnt sell or convert your btc for eth  because that is not a good idea imho  .
