They seems missed this exchange or never used this before.
While i looking for this site on CMC,
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/coinsbit/ i found this exchange placed at 48th from biggest volume trade exchanges, that's mean this exchange site also popular among others
They have a forum thread, that is, the exchange is already named, why should they do such little things to spoil their reputation, maybe this is just a provocation among ordinary users?
I personally think that most likely there is a mistake from the user himself, where the rules of the exchange itself are violated, but I wont say anything, everyone needs to figure this out
