Unlike dogehouse and others which are PPLNS pools (which pays less than PROP @ the same conditions), fast-pool pays exactly that much how much you have shared. I hope you got that point. Second point is VARDIFF. You know what is VARDIFF? If yes, then you should know sometimes your difficulty will be set too high so you will submit less shares. Keypoint is that you need to reset your difficulty periodically, so your rigs will do much more work. To achieve this you need to restart your cgminer periodically and you will notice that your payouts will get fixed.
