A brief history

FxCoin idea first came up in March 2019 with two people sitting in a cafe, who shared a determination and an idea for the startup to use their own professional trading skills and 5yrs+ experience in forex market for their clients to provide them with easy and safe returns on their investment without doing anything on their own. This makes easy for the newbies or the clients who wants to invest in forex but not sure how to start or doesn't want to take risk of losing. How it will work

   1. Funds Allocation: Initial trading funds will be collected from Presale.
   2. Trading & Investments: Allocated funds will be used in trading and various investments to generate profit.
   3. Profit Sharing: Profit splitting will be done as 50:50 for investors and the company. 40% of our profits will be sent to exchanges every week to increase the market liquidity and to buy coins and 40% will be paid to the traders. Remaining 20% will be used for reinvestment to grow the capital.
   4. Coin Burning: All the coins that we will buy from exchanges every week will be burnt.
   5. Distribution Timetable: The profit generated a week will be distributed in the following week in any random day and the report will be posted on every Sunday regarding distribution.
   6. Insurance Policy: Among the 20% reinvestment, investors and the company will have 50:50 rights to the reinvested funds. For example: if the presale capital is 100k, and the reinvestment becomes 500k, FXCOIN HODLers will have 250k and company will have 250k. In this way, it acts like an "insurance" policy. If the company wants to exit, they will have to distribute that 250k among the FXCOIN HODLers at that time. And if company wants to withdraw some funds i.e. 50k from reinvestment, they must have to distribute the same amount to the FXCOIN market. And also if we need a market support all at a sudden or something like pool has grown too high, then we will release some extra funds from investors side to the market as bonus that as reinvested funds. And we will take out the same amount that is traders investment.

But in the case of FxCoin, There will be enough liquidity in the market always to sell generated coins from masternodes/mining as 40% of generated profits will enter the market every week and there will be demand for the coin.
   4. Coin Burning: This technique will be used to sustain the coin value and to reduce the inflation. Every single coin that is purchased with the profit funds will be burnt. A public burn address will be used to burn the coins.
   5. Coin Value: As every week new money will enter the market and a part of coins from the circulation will be burnt so value of coin will be increasing. Demand for the coin will also help to get more value. So, instead of price crash, FxCoin will increase it's value with the time.

Efficiency/Flexibility of FXCOIN Ecosystem or Investment Pool vs FXCOIN

There are a lot of investment pools where your money would be part of a much larger trading portfolio and you would receive shares of the earnings relative to your share in the investment pool. But the flaw here is you won't be able to withdraw anytime you want as it will be locked for a fixed period of time or it might be locked on some trades, so the traders won't be able to return it back to you before closing the trades. It might even damage the whole investment pool if you've a large share in the pool and you withdraw it. So when you really need your capital back urgently, you can't simply do it. Here comes the solution of FXCOIN, when you buy any amount of FXN, you're still part of the investment pool but you don't directly own the funds/capital anymore, you own shares of the pool in terms of FXN.
