A bit of research quickly shows that the first "personal computer" was the Apollo Guidance Computer.

it was sarcasm, my friend. It's funny to see how some people can't understand how it's possible to do such important and epic things without iphones  Grin

And for some reason  they think you need newest and most powerful computers with most cores, highest frequencies etc for space mission. What you need for these things is durability, efficiency and proven track record, not newest crap that can easily malfunction.

Space Shuttles were used until 2011 , and they still had Intel 386 processors, that were introduced in the mid 80s.International Space Station still using  Intel 386 processor, and they are working just fine.
