I am not applying but the following part is kind of irritating (not exactly contradictory), you may change this for an easier understanding.
-You are required to post 25 posts weekly. Minimum of 150 characters. We will only pay a minimum of 15 post and maximum of 25 post a week.
Only 15 post and above are payable while it is maximum of 25 post. Meaning we will not pay 14 below post of the participants.I will edit it right away.
