There are many exchanges on which, in principle, a small trading volume, and such exchanges cannot affect the price of a coin.
Theoretically, exchanges do not affect the prices of traded assets. The price depends on the combined forces of buyers and sellers.
But why then when a coin appears on a large exchange (Binance, Huobi) it is always reflected in the price. This, of course, may be temporary, but it still affects the price.
