This story sounds highly improbable unless I have not read about such a bug in some previous version.
- No password or prompt came up when I activated the program, I was just given a "default" wallet.
- No seed was given at any point.
Neither one of these happens with Electrum, or better put: Neither one of these CAN happen at all with Electrum. You are
explicitly asked whether you want to set a password (input field). You are also
always shown the seed;
after being shown the seed, you are
required to input the seed before you can continue. That is, wallet creation is only successful AFTER you enter your own seed.
How about you tell us where you stole this wallet from?

Then I tried to send this bitcoin to a tor website but the system asked for a password. I have no password.
Maybe you bought the wallet from one of these sites?
