When originally creating the wallet did you extend the seed with custom words? That is 2b here:

If you didn't then I'm afraid this wallet does not contain the addresses where you sent the coins. Then the only 3 possibilities are that a )you created more than one wallet in the past b) that you have clipboard altering malware c) the addresses belong to so other wallet perhaps hosted by an exchange or website you use. If it's a. then look for the seeds of those other wallets. If it's b. then do a reformat and reinstall of your OS. If it's c. then login to exchanges and sites you use to see if the funds are there.
