Multilevel system update


The latest TWINS wallet update (testnet mode), in this update TIM tells how to deploy and use
layered Masternode. TWINS currently has 4 masternode levels:

Level 1 = 1,000,000/1 Masternode
Level 2 = 5,000,000/5 Masternode
Level 3 = 20,000,000 / 20 Masternode
Supernode = 100,000,000/100 Masternodes

A multilevel function in itself combines several master nodes, for example, 5 masternodes, in one place and turns it into a master level 2
so we can save our VPS and not use a lot of VPS to start it.
