I don't really see what's the point of arguing with Vadi2323 about merits - he seems to be using game-protect strategy of deflecting to irrelevant details and is not going to give you the answers you're looking for so this will not lead anywhere except more drama.

If you think that he is misusing source merits you should contact theymos but make sure to state specifically what you think is wrong with those merit transactions. "I think the post doesn't deserve it" might not be enough. Merit sources have a lot of discretion in this and can also be complete assholes about it - not a crime.
