It's noteworthy that you've obviously quoted my post without addressing any points I've mentioned there. If your sMerit allocation is too high and you've problems to find Merit-worthy posts but try to exhaust your source Merits anyway if you don't find them it's still possible for you to step back from the job. As far as I know Alex_Sr applied to get a Merit source (mainly for Russian local board) more than a year ago and is still waiting to be selected (read here). So he could easily take a part from your allocation because obviously you're having a very hard time to find good posts. Otherwise one could assume there are some connections between the accounts.
