Many Telegram trading channels says altcoin will recover again especially for major altcoin. Idk if that true or not but seems is gonna be happens. I see some of the altcoins on Binance start to recovery. could this be a sign of the beginning of the ALTSEASON?? 
I dont want to call this an altseason, bitcoin price is very low right now and no matter what happens on the entire market bitcoin should be the first to move before the altcoins. If we saw bitcoin price gradually increasing over time then we can expect the real alt season with bitcoin dominance under 50.
