They are all the same concept, to raise funds for the projects but there are some slight difference between them. If I would in these three then I obviously pick STO, real and legal STO though not some claimed STO without legal papers. Then follow by IEO because this is the trend right now and assurance to get listed on exchange is what investors would love to see.
